Looking for something for your kids to do? This class is the answer. Kids between the ages of 8-12 years old are given the opportunity to have fun while improving their fitness level. Instruction and education in cardiovascular exercises, agility, core strengthening, plyometrics, stretching, flexibility and strength/circuit training will be provided.

This lunch hour class is designed to give you the perfect workout in the middle of your day. The breakdown for this class is half cardiovascular training and half muscle conditioning. In the cardiovascular component of the class, you will be taught the basic principles of circuit training. The muscular conditioning component of the class will vary. Equipment used for this portion of the class may include hand weights, medicine balls, stability balls, tubing or bands. We highly recommend this class to all levels!
