Personal Training at Alpha Fitness is an individualized experience. After participating in a fitness assessment, your trainer will created a tailor made program that addressess your specific needs, interests and goals. Programs include weight loss, muscle gain, sport and event specific training, core stability and balance training, Pilates, therapeutic (post-rehabilitative) exercises, flexibility, and training for people with medical conditions. Whatever your goal, one of the Alpha Fitness trainers will be able to help you acheive your goals.
The Alpha Body Program, which includes both training and nutritional guidance, is an intensive 12-week, muscle building, fat loss program. Clients train three times per week with their trainer and additionally do cardio three to five days per week. The Alpha Body Program is for clients looking to attain their goals as quickly as possible (within healthy guidelines) and are willing to devote themselves fully to the lifestyle needed to do this.
Online training provides you with all of the guidance of a trainer, anytime, anywhere, at a cost you can afford! With online training you will work with a trainer using our FitnessGenerator technology in your home or favorite gym. Choose between total body or split routines to create the program that is best for you. Each week your trainer will assign you workouts specifically designed to get you to your goals. The program will provide you with instructions; animated images; and all of the repetitions, sets and weights you need to complete your workout. FitnessGenerator is set up to allow you to respond back to your trainer with imput regarding the progress of your workouts.
