This challenging, fun total body workout is guaranteed to boost your energy and metabolism to new heights! This class combines different drills, calisthenics and strength moves that will leave your heart pounding and your muscles fatigued. Improving your strength and improving your cardiovascular stamina guarantees you will move forward with more energy to handle your busy life.

Do you have 50 or more pounds to lose? Have you tried every diet or work out on the market? It is time to stop trying short-term fixes and work to change your lifestyle permanently. This class will equip you with all of the tools needed to create a healthy lifestyle. In addition to in class workouts, participants will use a workbook and in-class counseling to aid them in their weight loss journey. Class will meet to work out Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m. for one hour and there will be an additional hour session on Sundays at 11:00 a.m. that will include lifestyle education and counseling. Course accepts new participants continuously.
Circuit Blaster is designed to target all the major muscles of the body, including the heart. The breakdown for this class is half cardiovascular training and half muscle conditioning. In the cardiovascular component of the class, you will be taught the basic principles of circuit training. The muscular conditioning component of the class will vary. Equipment used for this portion of the class may include hand weights, medicine balls, stability balls, tubing or bands. We highly recommend this class to all levels!

Looking for something for your kids to do? This class is the answer. Kids between the ages of 8-12 years old are given the opportunity to have fun while improving their fitness level. Instruction and education in cardiovascular exercises, agility, core strengthening, plyometrics, stretching, flexibility and strength/circuit training will be provided.

What's the best compliment to your workout regime and healthy diet? Yoga! Kick start your passion for fitness this year and get the all around strength and tone you want. In this class we will focus on tone and flexibility of all the major joints and muscle groups. Each session will focus on particular areas of the body such as: shoulders-back-biceps-and triceps, hip flexors-hamstrings-and quads, or back-abs-glutes and calves. Each individual class will enhance your balance, strength and flexibility and hopefully leave you feeling a little more "Zen."
