Our stylish facility offers a unique space that is receptive, non-intimidating
and PERSONAL. It is equipped with state of the art cardiovascular and
strength training equipment, a mind-body exercise room and women’s changing
room. Expansion plans include the addition of a massage area, men’s changing
room, nutrition office and classroom.
